Grower Programs
Meadowlands Horticultural Inc.is a propagator and finished grower. Our propagation material includes seed plugs, rooted cuttings (vegetative cuttings) and tissue culture. Annuals, perennials, vegetables, hanging baskets and planters round out the list of finished product. Meadowlands’ customer base is broad and various and includes independent garden centers, other greenhouse growers, government agencies, commercial businesses and commercial farmers. Our goal is to produce high quality and reliable plants on a consistent basis.
Custom Growing is Our Specialty
A large part of our business is custom growing. We realize it is extremely difficult for our customers to source the plants they need in the right color, size, style of pot, and all at the right time. We offer you the perfect solution: pre-book your order and let us custom grow it for you. We would be pleased to quote on your custom order.
At Meadowlands, we understand the importance of receiving your order in full and on time. Every order is important to us and given our full attention.

Rooted Cutting Plugs
Working closely with our exclusive young plant broker, Northern Innovators, we source the world for the best genetics and most reliable un-rooted suppliers. Click below to see our list of rooted cuttings and available sizes.
Commercial Vegetable Plugs
Commercial farmers are depending on our services to provide them with the best plugs possible in order that their yields are high and marketable. The plugs must have great genes, produce high yields, taste delicious, look appealing, travel well, and have a good shelf life. Our farmers supply us with their preferred variety of seed and we produce the plug. The standard size for most vegetable plugs is in a 128 plug tray.
